The Bar @ the Salon is conceived by the award winning drinks collective, Proof & Company, and helmed by Mauricio Allende. The Vagabond Bar offers up an eclectic, rotating selection of handcrafted cocktails, artisan spirits and wines, and rare and exotic teas and coffees. Craftsmanship and artistic license are central features, with drinks often showcasing unique and colorful collaborations with the hotel’s artists-in-residence. Expect surprising and delightful offerings, as well as beautiful renditions of your favourite classics. Open daily from noon until late.
